 | Castle Oblivion is the setting of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and the only world in the game which the characters actually visit. It is controlled by Marluxia of Organization XIII, and consists of thirteen floors above ground, and twelve basements.

r3173mpt10n  | | Destiny Islands is a world from the Kingdom Hearts series. It is the home world of Riku, Sora and Kairi, the three main characters of the games. The Destiny Islands are playable only in the first Kingdom Hearts game, during the prologue. However, it reappears again, fragmented, at the End of the World, where Xehanort's Heartless is fought twice. A memory-based version of the world is playable in both stories of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. In Kingdom Hearts II, the world is not playable, only appearing in cutscenes, including the ending. However, in the Final Mix+ version, another facsimile of the world is playable as it is the stage for the secret boss battle against Zexion's Absent Silhouette; as a memory-based version was where Riku fought Zexion, the world being used as the battleground. Except in Chain of Memories, the world is always the last world depicted before the credits roll.

r3173mpt10n | | End of the World is a World from Kingdom Hearts. It is the last new area to open in the game, upon locking Hollow Bastion. End of the World is a by-product of the Heartless' destructive nature. Upon taking a world's heart, a tiny fragment of what is left of that heart is sent drifting through the void of space until it eventually meets and merges with End of the World. It is, in essence, a Heartless of the destroyed worlds, as well as acting as a Kingdom Hearts for worlds' hearts. In nature, it can be seen as the opposite of The World That Never Was, which is a similar artificial "nobody" world without its own heart. The theme music for End of the World is "End of the World" and the battle theme is "Fragments of Sorrow". Both are reminiscent of "Dive Into the Heart (Destati)", the music used in the Awakening.

r3173mpt10n | | Twilight Town is a world from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. It is the hometown of Roxas and has since been infested with Nobodies. Despite its subtle atmosphere, Twilight Town is one of the largest worlds known. It is located in between light and darkness, similar to Traverse Town, Castle Oblivion, and The World That Never Was. Twilight Town will be a world featured in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts coded.
